We do not accept domestic household rubbish at our transfer station.
​CAN I BRING HAZARDOUS WASTE OR PAINT TO THE TRANSFER STATION?

​CAN I MIX GREENWASTE AND RUBBISH?
​Yes but this will go through at the general rubbish rates.
​DO YOU ACCEPT GREENWASTE SEPARATELY?
​Yes but this will go through at the general rubbish rates.
DO YOU ACCEPT SOIL, CONCRETE OR HARDFILL?
Yes, we accept all of these at both Takanini and Onehunga.

DO I NEED TO WEAR PPE WHEN ONSITE?
If you have to get out of your vehicle to unload rubbish or for any reason, we require you to wear a hard hat and hi-vis at all times while you are out of your vehicle. Due to COVID in our community we do not loan hard hats/hi-vis however we can provide hard hats at an extra cost of $20.
